Trauma

Drawing on his new book and latest research, the University of Exeter’s Professor of Social Mobility, Lee Elliot Major, argues that society is characterised by a grotesquely unlevel playing field. Yet the Covid crisis also offers an opportunity to develop national and regional and university policies to improve prospects for those from less advantaged backgrounds.

This event will be chaired by the University of Exeter's Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive, Professor Lisa Roberts.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions following the presentation.
