Ambition Institute is partnering with Teaching Schools South West to deliver Curriculum Specialists, an evidence-informed programme helping middle leaders to improve pupil outcomes through quality teaching. It will support them to create an ambitious curriculum across their subject or specialist area and make sure it’s successfully implemented, monitored and measured.
This programme is designed to develop the knowledge and associated skills that, through research, we have identified as being central to middle leaders responsible for subject curriculum. With this knowledge, participants will develop the expertise to meaningfully tackle the challenges they commonly face in their role. It will support them to create an ambitious curriculum across their subject or specialist area and make sure it’s successfully implemented, monitored and measured.
The programme is for middle leaders responsible for curriculum design in a subject area or department. To register please complete the form below.
Ahead of the launch of next year's implementation of Early Careers Framework, ECTSW have established a successful programme of RQT hubs for teachers in early stages of their teaching career. ECTSW aims to support RQTs in the further development of their teaching practice and retain the very best practitioners within our profession. This course has been specifically designed to support both new RQTs who have experienced disruption in their NQT year due to COVID-19 and more experienced RQTs looking to take the next steps in their career.
