National recruitment is now open for the 2019-20 SLE School Improvement Support Programme and Boolean is able to sponsor 9 places.
The programme will run in three locations: North (Leeds), Midlands (Birmingham) and South (London). Applicants will need to attend all three dates in their chosen cohort.
Who should apply? The programme is for current maths SLEs linked to a Teaching School, and will benefit those who have previous experience of developing leadership capacity in schools or who are new to the role. Participants will be expected to commit to the full programme of activities and will need the support of the headteacher of their own school and Teaching School.
Funding - The SLE development programme is funded by the Maths Hubs Programme. Funding covers provision of the three face-to-face days. Travelling expenses are not funded. Successful SLEs will be sponsored by Boolean to cover supply costs for four days.
